About the role

We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager to devise and execute innovative strategies for our clients paid social campaigns, as well as leading and growing our current Paid Social team and offering. This role has great progression opportunities as the team and client numbers grows, for roles to be introduced such as Head of Paid Social.

Your responsibilities in the role will be:

  • Managing and driving our approach to paid social, ensuring consistent best practice implementation across the service.

  • Leading and managing the Paid Social team.

  • Lead senior client conversations in Paid Social and showcase our advanced Paid Social strategy to both new and existing clients, demonstrating innovation and expert views.

  • To develop our Paid Social teams knowledge with training and development in the core social platforms.

  • Use your expert knowledge to raise the profile of our paid social offering alongside our Associate Director both internally and externally.

  • Build out internal Paid Social processes and train our team on these, ensuring they are consistently delivered.

  • Develop strong relationships by demonstrating prompt, clear and informative communication with all stakeholders

  • Ensure all client accounts are in line with paid social best practice strategies

  • Confidently forecast client spend and return using account and external data insights

  • Work with Associate Director to execute innovative strategies to achieve client objectives

  • Cross sell and up sell opportunities to clients

  • Complete monthly client work, including but not limited to bid and budget management campaign and ad copy builds and reporting.

  • Consistently show you are the expert in Paid Social by sharing relevant industry insights internally and externally.

  • Manage our Paid Social team.

  • Be competent in all relevant tools such as; Google Analytics, the core Paid Social platforms and other measurement tools where applicable. 

About you;

  • You are a confident self-starter who is able to take initiative and act accordingly

  • You are wanting to take your career to the next level in Paid Social and progression is a key driver for you.

  • You have experience in managing people and are comfortable in having autonomy. 

  • You will have extensive experience in managing and growing Paid Social accounts, preferably with experience managing ecommerce brands Paid Social accounts.

  • Creative and innovative: You have the ability to identify new and creative ways of doing things.

  • Organised: You’ll be confident in managing a challenging workload, overseeing complex and multi-service projects, working to deadlines and prioritising tasks to keep on top of multiple campaigns, clients and other tasks.

  • Problem solving and decision making skills: The ability to look at any client challenges and make improvements to the client’s paid offering

  • Data driven: You have the ability to analyse data understanding how the data can drive decisions for our clients

  • Relationship builder: You’ll have the ability to build relationships across the business and with clients

  • Presentation skills: You’ll take pride in the way you present communications and information to the team, clients and prospects

  • Researching skills: You’ll want to learn more, immersing yourself in reading blogs on biddable media to enhance your skills.

  • An excellent communicator: You will have the ability to communicate complex technical information to clients in a way that they will understand
