The role

As a Paid Social Consultant you will be responsible for the day to day management of client accounts, ensuring performance, impacts and promises are delivered to our high standards and on time to our clients. 

  • Develop strong relationships by demonstrating prompt, clear and informative communication with all recipients
  • Ensure all client accounts meet best practices
  • Confidently forecast client spend and return using account and external data insights
  • Work with your Senior Manager to divide and execute innovative strategies
  • Work with your Senior Manager to identify and propose cross sell/up sell opportunities to clients
  • Complete monthly client work, including bid and budget management, campaign and ad copy builds and reporting
  • Be an expert in paid search
  • Efficiently manage your workload, completing tasks on time and accurately recording your time
  • Be competent in all relevant tools such as Meta, Pinterest, Analytics, SEMRush, and other measurement tools where applicable. 

 

What we are looking for;

  • Organised: You’ll be confident in managing a busy workload, overseeing complex and multi-service projects, working to deadlines and prioritising tasks to keep on top of multiple campaigns, clients and other tasks.
  • Innovative and enthusiastic: You will be willing and able to go above and beyond for your clients, challenge yourself and take risks. 
  • An excellent communicator: You will have the ability to adapt your communication skills depending on the audience. 

 

The Application Process

The application process consists of an initial 30 minute telephone interview where we can get to know each other better and we’ll ask you to complete one of our personality profiling tools to find out more about your work preferences.  If successful you’ll be given a role specific presentation to prepare for your second interview and asked more technical questions relating to the role.
